Eadestown GAA is embarking on an exciting new chapter. Over the coming months, we will be developing our five-year Strategic Plan for 2027–2031 — a roadmap that will shape the future of our club for players, families, volunteers, and supporters for years to come. As a member of this club, your voice matters. This short survey is your opportunity to help define who we are, what we stand for, and how we can grow together as a club and as a community. We want to hear from every corner of our membership — from those on the pitch to those who give their time behind the scenes.The plan will be built across six key areas: Culture, Community & Communications; Juvenile Player & Coaching Development; Ladies Player & Coaching Development; Men's Player & Coaching Development; Club Development & Maintenance; and Financial Planning & Sustainability. Each section of this survey has been shaped by the people leading that area of the plan, and every response will feed directly into the decisions we make as a club over the next five years.
